Hi everybody! I want to develope mobile analytics solution, what software platform could you advise me. I think to write apache module as counter, use mysql and php for frontend all on freeBSD, any advises for best performance?

I would start by urging you not to re-invent the wheel. There are a number of solid mobile analytics platforms out there. For example pinchmedia/flurry.
If you do wish to develop a mobile analytics platform I would suggest that rather than starting from a, "what technology should I use position", you instead define what exactly is missing from current offerings and what your solution will offer instead.
Once you have that it should be pretty strait forward to choose an implementation technology.
