What jQuery IDE is this guy using?

Correction: It's not TextMate, but there is a preference to "Save files when focus is lost".

Aptana studio has intellisense for jQuery and there is also plugin for dream viewer

I suggest free PHP IDE - Codelobster PHP Edition with special jQuery plug-in for auto-completion and context help.
