getting the values of the text fields in one view controller to the same text fields that were declared in the other view controller

Question

Hi I am new to iphone Development, i am developing an application. I have a question.

I have 3 textfields in a view controller and i enter the values in the textfields, i have the same textfields in other view controller and i want these values that i have entered in this view controller to reflect in the other view controller, can i do so. Please let me know if there is a way and how?
