Take a look at TimeLog (http://www.mediaatelier.com/TimeLog4/) - it tucks away in the system menu and has some good analysis tabs.
Switching job tracking is pretty simple too (i.e. via the system menu).

Looks interesting will probably give it a try. Although not sure about the price (timesnapper was free... so...)
