Create your own mkspecs based on wince mkspecs. Perhaps, you need WinCE SDK (created from BSP) of your specific platform.

dear X, Can you help me to configure Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 with QT? I have same problem with the building and debug process, but I have tested and used all tutorial published in internet to configure this job contest.

1) You should download Qt source code and build it (or download prebuilt binaries). And you now can use it like any other cpp library.2) You also can download Visual Studio Add-In and install it for simplifying working with Qt from Visual Studio (http://qt.nokia.com/products/platform/qt-for-windows#visual-studio-integration.PS: I suggest you to ask your question as others do http://stackoverflow.com/questions/ask and maybe you will have more concrette answer...
