Error while building Struts2 Application by Ant

I'm following Rose India Hello World Tutorial for Struts2 development, I'm Getting,

Buildfile: D:\Program Files\Apache Software Foundation\Tomcat 6.0\webapps\struts2tutorial\WEB-INF\src\build.xml
