iphone game. Moving the screen as player moves

Question

I want to move the screen as the camera moves or the player moves in the game like in the computer based games like counter strike where the screen moves as the player moves.

I have no idea how am I supposed to do that, either by a multiple images or I have to make a terrain but don't kow how?

From you question I guess you don't have much experience with creating games. Maybe a tool like Unity could be something for you. They have iPhone support, but I think only in the commercial version.

icode blog is fine but the background image is static over there.

In the case of unity ya its is very high level... i want to make a game in 2d where the background is movable....
