I just signed up for google apps a week or so ago and so far I'm liking it. I have a bit of a situation that I can't figure out on my own however. I want to be able to use google's smtp for my web sites that are hosted on a server I have co-located at my local ISP. Unfortunately I can't use smtp authentication as the apps I'm using don't support it for sending mail. My question is this: is it possible to set up google apps to accept and relay any mail coming from a specific IP address (or block of IPs (IPs on my server)) w/o requiring authentication. None of this is spam, just contact us forms and receipts for purchased goods.

I have an alternative idea as well which is to keep the smtp on my server but I'd need to whitelist any and all mails to MY google account from my server. If this is a possibility, is there a way to tell google's spam filter that anything coming from my ip (or block if IPs) is acceptable and to not discard it?

please advise, TIA
