Connecting to WebServer in NetBeans

I wanted to consume a web service running on a static ip adress. I am making a Web Service Client in NetBeans. When i put the ip address in the place of url, it gives error

Check Proxy Settings, URL

URL:http://128.205.35.175

Any ideas what might be wrong
