I am working for a university project and for this project I have the following custom scenario Could some body point me to right resource( any template or framework) ?
1) Registered student can create a topic , Once he creates a topic I have to generate dynamically a web page for this topic with 4 main areas ( some what like Wicki)
1) General discussion
2) Main Points
3) External URLS
4) can upload 3 pictures
2) Created student can add content to it and upload the three pictures
3) Any user who subscribed to this topic can add the content for the 3 areas , but he can not modify the other users content.But if he wants he can modify his content .
Looks simple but can not able to find out the right framework . I have done creating topics and student subscribing it . I mean now I know who can modify the content . But only thing left is dynamically creating web page for every topic and allowing users to modify one their content.
