can you guys help me out finding windows rights management services client for windows 7 for 64 bit OS

The Windows Rights Management Client is already included with Window 7, including 64-bit editions.

However, you need a Windows Rights Management Server to make use of it; installation and deployment is not for the feint of heart.

Note that RMS only works with certain applications.
