Does a Mac client exist for Microsoft's Team Foundation Server so that I can access the code repository from my mac?

Edit: I'm really looking for something free (or close to it) since I would have a hard time convincing independent collaborators to spend $200 on a source control product.

Sure, check out Teamprise - http://www.teamprise.com/.

It has a plug in for eclipse, as well as a stand alone client.

As of today - for Team Foundation Server 2010 - TeamPrise has been rebranded as Microsoft Team Explorer Everywhere 2010. More information, and download, from its Microsoft Download Page. I am not sure of the licensing costs that Microsoft has for this now. A quick call to someone like CDW should be able to answer that for you.

We used TeamPrise at my previous employer. It had/has a nice clean interface and works just as well as Team Explorer. The new version supports Team Foundation Server 2005, 2008, and 2010.
