Anyone help me out in finding an open source good project management tool? I need a tool in which task management, bug reporting, testcase management are all combined.

It depends on what's good for you, but these are some of the obvious candidates:

The first two are desktop applications, the remaining are web applications. The last two are multipurpose (tracker, versioning plugins etc.). dotproject is relatively lightweight compared to Project.net (which can be a good or bad thing). Project.net was strongly coupled with the Oracle DB, but the most recent version supposedly improved a lot in that respect.

OpenProj and GanttProject seemed about shoulder to shoulder a year or two ago when I took a look.

Taking SCM's first comment into account, Trac and GForge might be the most likely candidates for the job.

I would go for Redmine + Hudson.

I knew there were a few I forgot. ;)

What about OpenAtrium? Would that do the trick? If not, Redmine or Trac might be good candidates.
