This is not closely related to programming stuff, so I marked as community wiki.

I am wondering how can I show a live Presentation from an Android phone? I want to put on a big screen my app, while I am presenting at a conference. I will directly interact with the phone during the presentation and I want the mobile screen visible on the big screen.

Are there any apps that does this, or this is possible by the USB cable?

You can use Droid@Screen or the older DroidEx for this. Ongoing development of DroidEx is shelved for now, since Droid@Screen trumps it in terms of usability and stuff.

Do you know how can the touch/clicks detected on the phone over all applications, as the author is willing to put that in his app if there is a solution?

I'm sorry, but I did not understand that question.

Currently only the screen is copied, I am wondering if it's possible to put on the screen the click events, like in you've seen in some video recording apps, mouse is magnified or a red dot is printed when the click happens.

This is a software projector, not a remote access application. VNC-style remote access is not possible, except perhaps via alternative firmware, or perhaps just rooting.
