Global proxy for use in debugging GeoIP from multiple countries

Question

I'm looking for a solution to test an application's response to people around the globe, based on IP. This would be a service where i could choose a country (or at least continent/some countries such as US, Japan, Germany..) and it would tunnel the traffic through a proxy there. To the server it would look like i'm somewhere far away and give localized results for that country. This is mostly for QA purposes.

So far i've used Hotspot shield which works fine but it's US only. Do you have experience with similar solutions that support multiple countries?
