Implementing JSAPI Text-to-Speech in Blackberry application

I am newbie in Blackberry development, can anyone please suggest me the correct steps to implement JSAPI Text-to-Speech feature in my Blackberry application. If it would be possible can any one please provide a sample code snippet for the same.
