Where would I find a NTRU implementation with sources? I know you can license it from the company that invented NTRU, but I just want to play with it at home. Thanks

I have implemented the NTRU encryption algorithm. You can refer to this website: www.ntru.org . But the source code have been packaged. If you want the source code of NTRU wrote by me, you have to chat with me about the price.
