Can somebody help me install this jBPM based workflow management suite?

Its a book Workflow Interface software available at sourceforge http://bookworkflowint.sourceforge.net/

Any instructions would be great especially in windows, however I can try Linux specific ones as well. I could not find any installation instructions.
