My company is looking for software we can use to administer training sessions for our users. The software would need to include the ability to test users. These are not technical users; they are in-house users of our custom-built software.
So far, it looks like Blackboard is the best offering out there, but it's probably too expensive, so I'm looking for other suggestions.
