I'm considering using PowerMTA to deliver emails, handle bouncebacks etc. I have a multi-client CRM solution and I want to offload the complexity of the email infrastructure. Does anyone have any feedback on the specific costs and quality of support from Port25? Difficult to define volumes because it all depends upon how many emails the numerous clients decide to send. Thanks

We once decided to use it. First of all it is very expensive. i don't remember the exact numbers but it was few thousands dollars + about a thousand each year. Yes, it is fast, it can handle enormous volumes of mail and bounces, but i am pretty sure that you can achieve same results on cheaper or even free solutions. Plus it has very stupid .net api. Java api is better but still far from what i expect from MTA api.

PS: we decided not to use it eventually.
