Reliable and Ethical Mass Email Service

What's the most reliable (and ethical) online service to send a single e-mail announcing a new product to a list of 50,000 professionals?

Of course, I will abide by all the spam laws, by including my name and address in the e-mail, marking the e-mail as advertising material, and providing a way for the users to opt out (even though technically this is a one-time e-mail).

I looked into iContact, but they have very strict rules that prohibit e-mailing people who have not signed up.
