JComException while connecting to a URL 

jp.ne.so_net.ga2.no_ji.jcom.JComException: IDispatch::Invoke(0x52,1) failed HRESULT=0x80020009L.

I am getting the above exception while connecting to an URL. I have no idea why my code is throwing such exception.

Need help.
