The only way there would be difficulty is if the result of one team's work must interoperate with another's.
As long as there is a good plan for interoperability with strong service contracts and clearly defined usage of communication protocols, I dont think there should be much trouble.
Of course there also tends to be friendly ribbing when it comes to a dev's "preferred" platform.
