Update- Sorry, I misread the per-impression figure, it's .6 Cents, not 9 cents
I asked this question a while ago and they voted me off. After a couple calls It seems as if the general consensus is that the advertiser pays $2 per click and $0.01 per View. 60% to dev makes around $1.20 and $0.006 respectively.

I don't know what you mean by a "view." Per impression payments are currently running at $0.006.
