retrieving grey color value of UIImage with colorSpace CGColorSpaceCreateDeviceGray

Hi,

I have an UIImage with colorSpace CGColorSpaceCreateDeviceGray. Can anybody tell me, how I can access the grey color value for a specific x and y position.
