Hosting for simple page with file upload

Hello,

I need to make a simple page with an option for the user to send a form with an attached file (movie file, 2MB limit).

What free hosting would be best for that purpose? I checked App Engine but in order to allow file uploads you need to store it in the datastore and there is a 1MB limit.
