Well, it doesn't say "These are pirated" on the site, but the general sketchiness of it plus the fact that I can't find anything on these publishers sites about giving these specific books away leads me to believe that they are pirated. There is no mention of licensing or any kind of agreement with the publishers on ebooks-it.org. It just smells fishy.

@Jerg I know the website won't come out and say it, but neither can I find any dirt on the site by googling it. "ebooks-it.org" pirate warez doesn't bring up any hits. I know it smells fishy, but it might be k. Again, if you can find something, leave it here and we'll take it down. If its legit I'd hate to delete and mar SamSol.
