add account functionality similar to the mail app on the iphone

I want to create an 'add account' functionality similar to the mail app on the iphone. I've created a Settings.bundle, but I want to do some more advanced things.

I want to list the accounts that you have enabled dynamically in the settings screen, and I'm not sure how to do that using the settings plist.
