Apple has just posted a technical Q&A on "how to capture video frames from the camera as images using AV Foundation." I'm very interested in this as I want to create an application that allows me to do a video chat from an iPhone to a PC. However, sending images to PC is obviously not a workable solution. So, can anyone please suggest a method to achieve this? I am very familiar with Cocoa Touch, but I have little knowledge of video encoding or streaming protocols.
