Push Notifications for a clients app were working fine on iOS 4 but when users update to iOS 4.01 they can no longer register for notifications. It looks like the phone running under iOS 4.01 is unable to generate a Device Token to give to the app. The app still shows up under the Settings->Notifications menu as being ON.

Google tells me that the jail breaking community has had Push Notification problems with iOS 4.01 but the phones I am testing on are NOT jail broken. Some further searching also reveals that some people on non-jail-broken phones are having problems with the Mail apps Push Notifications since iOS 4.01.

It seems to me this may be more than a coincidence. Anyone else noticing any problems with Push Notifications since iOS 4.01 and if so is there a solution?
