I want to develop a blog building software, a software to publish directly from desktop to any blog site/software am using online eg wordpress, google blog etc.
basiclly what am trying to do is that the software i would develop would allow me with a valid login to post/blog to an online blog i own.
Now here are my questions
is there any open source application that already do this that i can lern from? i heard of windows live write, but don't know how it does it thing.
what are the cost i shuld be looking at < $500 or > $500. am budgetting $500?
Do blogging plateforms such as wordpress and others use the same blogging techniques e.g to post a blog?
As regards development, i will use any .net language, or can you suggest a better one?
please offer me any suggestion that will help me, I havent done this before.
