Are there any larger shops out there that deviate from the traditional MS .net stack for a more alt.net stack? I'm currently in a mid-size development shop and trying to get the team to open their eyes to the whole .net development universe out there instead of just what is pumped out of Redmond.
I'm looking for people who work in a larger environment that successfully use things like NHibernate, TeamCity, Moq, StructureMap, log4net instead of the pure MS stack of Entity Framework, Unity, MSTest, Enterprise Library, etc.
If you could tell me your team size, what tools you're using and what company you work for (if you can), it'd be much appreciated!
