How to set fakemail as default MTA in OS X

Hi,

I'm looking for a way to make fakemail the default gateway for all emails sent by my system. When using mail, PHP mail or any programming language email sending, I want the mail to go to fakemail.

Is it possible ? If yes, how ?

I'm on Snow Lepoard.
