Not sure about W3Schools but Zend PHP Certification seems to be a good bet.

Unfortunatly probably not. However it may be different in india but I would doubt it. A good way to check is browse a dozen or so jobs and see I there is any mention of it.

Experience and a portfolio will usually always trump qualifications, I see qualifications as merely a way of getting interiews.

Be wary of adding these sorts of qualifications on your cv as they can do more damage than good.

Also bear in m d w3schools have a vested interest in supplying their qulification.
