I am a junior oracle DBA.Now I am graduating my university and there I should present senior project about my desired topic..I need help.What topic should I choose? What will be useful for me to deeper my knowledge about Oracle database?

I'd recommend that you choose a topic which either covers something you are interested in, or something which you have encountered hands-on and came up with a creative solution. Do you have any industry experience? Have you worked on a project which made heavy use of a particular SQL featureset?

How about Backup and Recovery concepts?
It's not clear how technical you need to be, but you could keep it simple and review the various RMAN commands or get more technical and review the internals of the various file structures.
