Hi everyone,

I am using Windows 7 64 bit, but my Oracle Server I am trying to connect is 32 bit, and so is the SQL Server 2008 and Oracle Client on my machine.

I have installed Oracle 10g client (32 bit) with administration tools on my machine and setup Net Services to connect to database. I can connect to all the databases through SQL Plus, but I cannot find any Oracle ODBC providers in Microsoft ODBC Administration. I can find Microsoft ODBC provider for Oracle in Microsoft ODBC Administration but when I try to connect through it, it gives error with error code 126 (cannot find file msorcl32.dll in System32). My questions, how to make Oracle Provider for ODBC show up in ODBC Administration and connect to Oracle, and secondly how to add Oracle DBs as Linked Servers in SQL Server 2008 as the providers string for Microsoft and Oracle do not show up even after installing Oracle 10g, when I add New Linked Server.

Please help...
