We are company with 10 iOS developers. Do we need to purchase developer license for each machine? Or is there any concept of purchasing bulk licenses? Like what is the alternative of single user license?

You can enroll into the iOS developer program as a Company (a choice during the enrollment) for $99 (same price as the single user license). You can then add developers.

No, adding additional developers is free. The number of incidents, etc. will not increase of course.
