Question says it all.

I'm looking for some decent podcasts aimed at junior developers, or those who might be coming from a different background.

I used to be into .Net a bit, but I got caught up in some COBOL/legacy stuff for financial reasons and now I'm trying to get back on track with regard to modern languages, techniques, etc.

All suggestions are appreciated!

Some interesting podcasts that are within reach of a beginning programmer:

If you're into legacy stuff, you might check out Retrobits.

My favorite podcast is Software Engineering Radio; sometimes the concepts are a little more advanced, but you might want to browse the archives for interesting subjects.

The JavaPosse is very good (even if you aren't a Java Developer).

Check out Parleys talks as well

.NET rocks is pretty good too.
