Do you mean email address checking? So if I have [email protected], is that a valid email address / valid domain? If so, I'm not really aware of any service. If there was, it would quickly get abused by spammers.

@EugeneK: I'm sorry you don't feel I've helped you, maybe I should have added my response as a comment because to be honest you didn't really spend much time on your question and it's not clear what you were looking for from that. Also you didn't say that any research that you had done and why the options you have found may not suit you. I hope you get an answer because it is an interesting subject, good luck.

@Paul Hadfield, np... probably no one uses such services in here but when i've got website with 200.000 mails sent per day and i'm trying to at least ease on SMTP with basic test i get nothing...
