The Troubleshooting application delivered with Windows 7 is a rather nice addition to the Windows platform. I understand that it has been included since Windows 95 but only recently has it become of any use.
I've searched but not been able to find out any more information about its technology or architecture. What I am really asking is whether this is available as a tool/sdk or if anyone has any insight or possible ideas as to how it works. I'm going to guess that its just not one big set of If Else constructs.
Does Microsoft offer an authoring tool for companies to be able to generate their own paths through the troublershooter?
