I recently logged into my Gmail account which is tied to my Android Developer account and I found two emails regarding distribution of my application through markets other than the Android Market.

The first was from "Ubinuri, Inc., a distributor of Android-based mobile applications through local app stores in Korea" which wanted me to allow them to distribute one of my apps through them. They also wanted me to implement some kind of custom DRM tool, "Application Rights Management (ARM) software provided by the local app store vendors", for which they offered to compensate me 300 US $.

The second email was from "Handster" which, it appears, simply wants my permission for them to distribute my app. Handster claims "we run Android store for HP AirLife and provide content for LG Android phones".

Does anyone have any information on either of these companies. Has anyone distributed their apps through them?

I'm currently not planning on responding to either of these emails because I've done some googling on the first company and I haven't seen anything substantial. The offer to reimburse me 300 $ makes me suspicious. Any thoughts?
