I just formatted a computer and I would like to install a brand new image of Windows XP that I have on another external hard drive. The win XP I have is not an ISO is uncompressed: setup.exe + other files... What is the best way to install this. Do i need to make an ISO first (how?) and burn it to a CD or can i put it on a USB stick? What software should i use?

Thanks, Catalin

Go here - it's really easy to use. Just install the program, then dump your image of XP into the root directory of the flash drive, and reboot.

If you want to make an ISO, I recommend ImageBurn
