Left Call Out View is not working in 3.0, 3.1, 3.1.3.... but it is working in 4.0....

Hi Guys,

I have got some problems in MapKit, that is leftCalloutAccessoryView is not working in 3.0, 3.1, 3.1.3 but it is working in 4.0 Can please suggest any solution for this.
