I can't log in to this site or others like SU.. needing OpenID. Error

I have 2 computers. Both were logged in. One I logged out. The one I logged out from, now cannot log back in. The other one that was logged in is still logged in and it is that one which I am on now posting here.

Here is the error that I get

Log In Unable to log in with your OpenID provider:

couldn't parse your OpenID identifier.
