flex 3: embed f4v in swf

So once again Flash (Flex actually) gives me an head ache (:

Does somebody know of a workaround to embed an F4V flash video file within a Flex 3 app so I do not have to load it from the web??

I thought about embedding it as a "Class" type in the hope that Flex will accept the file, at least, as a binary file, and continue from there, but all I'm getting is some generic non-helping errors, which are so typical to Flex/Flash :(
