I enjoy Mathematics and Computer Science. Is there some interdisciplinary field in CS and Mathematics, that would "guarantee" high earnings?

Read "The Black Swan". Modeling hasn't gone away, but Thanksgiving turkeys can tell you that extrapolation is always a dangerous thing, no matter how sophisticated the model.

Actuarial Sciences I have been told is the only way a mathematician can break six figures. I would guess that programming related to that would be the best.
Actuarys are the people who decide insurance premium rates, and the math is extremely complex and full of dozens of variables that all impact one another.

Discrete.
I've heard it said that Computer Science is just a subset of discrete mathematics. All great programmers have a solid understanding of this discipline. And great programmers break the multi-6-figures mark at nice companies.
