VS2005 Custom Build Rules: How to make Categories properly show?

Hello,

I've created a .rules file which shows up correctly in the Property Pages for my project. The problem is that Categories used to sort the properties don't show up correctly. Only the categories for the property page defined first in the .rules file show up.

In this image, the categories would be "General" and "Project Defaults"

Any ideas how to solve this?
