Every week we do tech lunches where watch video tutorials, or had someone give a presentation. On the Development we have been watching DNRTV, TelirekTV, Channel 9, etc, What I can't find are good operation oriented training videos for things like Active Directory Management, Exchange, DNS administration, how the LAN and the WAN interact, etc. Most of the videos I have found are really bad quality (sound quality so pour you can't understand the speaker and video quality so pour you can't read the text on the screen), and for the most part are basically a sales pitch for some application.

I would really like to find something like what the guys at Dot Net Rocks do.

You might already know that source, but I find the developer-targeted and IT-Pro-targeted videos from Microsoft are usually quite instructive.

Google TechTalks The assortment of subjects is very broad. They are not very thorough, but give a general overview of the subject.

EDIT: And some of the video courses offered by various universities (MIT, Berkeley, Stanford, etc) (but this is more into the direction of computer science).
