I purchased a wireless Logitech Wave mouse/keyboard combo and want to use it with my old PS2 KVM. I've seen a few converters out there that might work, but the problem is they connect one USB-> one PS2. I need something that will split one USB into two PS2 (keyboard and mouse), as that's what the KVM expects to have plugged in. Help!
Awh,
I had a similar problem and found the an adapter like this works quite well (very similar to link provided above): http://ncix.com/products/index.php?sku=95137H&vpn=TU-PS2&manufacture=TRENDNET%20-%20COMMERCIAL
Though I don't know if this will work 100% with what you want.
This will allow you to connect the kvm to any computer as long as it has usb.
However, to connect your keyboard/mouse to the input you will likely need some gender changers for both ends of the adapter...
Or you will have to find an adapter that works in the opposite direction.
Hope this helps,

I do not think what you are proposing will work with this type of wireless keyboard. These wireless keyboards use the USB receiver to interface with the driver software and not emulate a keyboard directly. I've seen Logitec keyboards using Bluetooth to provide the wireless connection.
I can't suggest an alternative solution using your PS2 KVM switch but you may have some success with a USB KVM although I'm not convinced the wireless interface of the keyboard/mouse will allow this.
I thought it might be worth giving this a shot. I attempted to connect a Logitec MK300 wireless mouse and keyboard (Transmitter has one USB connector) using gender changers. I tried connecting it through a Belkin/Omniview 4 port ps2 KVM.
It doesn't work. The USB to PS2 adapter is really designed to go the other way, i.e. to take a USB signal from a workstation and split it out to a wired keyboard and mouse. It doesn't work when you attempt to combine two ps2 connections from a workstation into a single usb connection (the transmitter which drives the wireless keyboard and mouse).
It would be nice if there were a solution out there since many of us would like to keep our PS2 style KVMs alive.
