Whats the best way to get BASEL II certified?

I don't want any quick fix exams / courses which are worth the paper they're written on. I was thinking of paying for this course. This is the info on the course doeas anyone know if this is any good?

What I'm really looking for is someone who has had any experiance with these guys and can give some feedback.

Well, sorry to say, but I do a lot of judging on a website aesthetics. The economist.com site doesn't look so put together, but I could totally be wrong about that. I think you should do a little more digging.
